As a professional independent researcher I have practical hands-on experience and have investigated multiple worldwide queries, ranging from clients in the United States to the Arab Emirates and Australia.

My knowledge is based on a BA Honours Degree in History from the University of Exeter and a recently completed Masters in Maritime History from the University of Greenwich.

I have also been employed by the National Maritime Museum, Greenwich, as a researcher for the National Maritime Museum, Cornwall, which allowed me to build up my knowledge base and contacts.

I have worked in all the major record offices in London, but have also spent time in both Northern and Southern Ireland and in other smaller county offices throughout the country.
